MySkopje ("the App") is a traffic and parking app for Skopje. This privacy policy explains what data the App collects and how it is used. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

2. Data we collect

• Location – Used to show your position on the map, alert you about nearby traffic cameras, and support parking features. Location may be used in the background when you enable camera alerts.
• Device & identifiers – Used for notifications and app functionality (e.g. storing your preferences on the device).
• Optional data you enter – Such as saved vehicles (e.g. plate, nickname) and settings. This is stored locally on your device unless a feature explicitly syncs it.

3. How we use data

We use the data above only to provide the App's features: camera alerts, map display, parking, and your saved cars/settings. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling. Location and device data are used on your device and, where relevant, for local notifications (e.g. "Approaching a camera").

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only if required by law or to protect rights and safety. Third-party services used by the App (e.g. map tiles, app-store infrastructure) are subject to their own privacy policies.

5. Storage & security

Preferences and optional data you enter are stored on your device. We do not store your location history on our servers. You can clear app data or uninstall the App at any time.

6. Your rights
